Bihun Soup! =)

Yesterday i stay at home the whole day.. I got nothing to eat. So I made my own recipe Bi Hun Soup. Hahaha...


Ingredients:-
1. 3 pieces of Pig Bone (Hokkien – Tui Ba)


2. 2 handful of Ikan Bilis


3. Half pack of Maggi Chicken Stock


4. Mincemeat (Take as must as u like)


5. Bi Hun (Take as must as you like)


6. 2 slice of Spring Onion/ Onion Leaves


7. 3 pieces of Vege (Whatever u like)


8. 5 to 8 pieces of Dong Chai





For the Soup:

Put in the Pig Bone, Ikan Bilis & Maggi Chicken Stock into a pot.

Add water into the pot until full.

Then let it boil.

While the soup is boiling, you can prepare for others ingredients.

1st, Take some amount of Bi Hun and put it into a pot of pipe water to soften it.

2nd, marinate the mincemeat with Oysters’ Sos, Pepper, Pei Tou Yu and Corn Flour (So it would be sticky).

Then, roll into meatball.

3rd, wash the vegetables

4th, wash the Spring Onion and chop into small pieces.

After the soup boil,

take Bi Hun, Vegetable and Meatball rendam in the soup for awhile.

Then put Bi Hun on a bowl 1st, then Vegetable, then only Meatball.

After that, put soup into the bowl too.

Then put the chopped Spring Onion and some Dong Chai on top of it.

And is ready to serve… =)



My 1st Bi Hun Soup.. First time do it.. The taste not bad la.. Hahaha..

I give myself 7 out of 10. Hahaha.. =)
